Really good Service and Immaculate Grounds
beautiful grounds convenient transport polite staff amazing snorkeling
The resort grounds are beautifully maintained. Golf carts provide convenient transport around the hotel. The staff members are consistently polite and helpful (special mention to the buggy drivers!). The snorkeling is amazing with a vibrant house reef.
The lunch options were limited to the poolside restaurants, not ideal during hot weather because there was no cool indoor option.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful, attending to guest needs promptly. The concierge service is efficient. It assists with reservations and provides helpful information. The room service was perfect.

I found the room to be clean and well kept. The provided golf cart service was efficient and allowed easy movement around the extensive grounds (quite helpful for reaching the various restaurants).

superb resort experience
separate area blossoming bougainvillea really good service cute nature
the premier king room island view was spacious. it had a separate seating area. the grounds featured blossoming bougainvillea. the resort had several restaurants with really good service. i was charmed by adel's cute nature at zitouni. he remembered my orders. he ensured i was happy. the managers were conversational. they ensured everything was perfect.
the full board package needs some tweaks. the advertised à la carte menu was slimmed down. it offered only basic items. i found the selection repetitive.

the fitness center is a dedicated two-floor building. it has sections for cardio weights and functional training. the resort boasts meticulously maintained gardens. transportation is available via golf buggies throughout the day and night.

the breakfast at zitouni is good. it offers a wide spread of options. the lebanese restaurant offered excellent food. items not on the full board menu were available at a supplement. staff are very helpful.

spacious room quiet setting
the hotel rooms has spacious room. the breakfast has various options. good food. i also like the quiet setting. the views are also very nice.
there were limited availability of the club cars. it took time to get a car sometimes.

The staff was very friendly. Golf buggies provided transportation around the hotel as needed.
Our full board package was misrepresented. The website advertised a choice of three dishes from the a la carte menu per meal. The actual menu had a slimmed-down selection of cheaper items. (I found this very misleading.)
